How long does it take for a Moti Pro to arrive?
Most Moti Pros in Edmonton arrive within 20–45 minutes depending on your location and time of day. Your Moti Pro will share their ETA when they accept the job.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can request service without any account. We just need your name and phone number. You can optionally create an account after your service to save time on future requests.
How do I pay?
Once your service is complete, you will receive a text with a secure payment link. Payment is handled through Stripe — major credit and debit cards accepted.
What if no Moti Pros are available?
In the rare case no Moti Pros are available in your area, you'll be notified right away and we recommend calling our emergency line so we can help you manually.
